A £22 million investment by ABP Food Group’s renewable division in a green energy plant will produce enough sustainable energy to power the equivalent of 12,000 homes. ABP’s renewables division, Olleco, has just opened the new 15 MW Anaerobic Digestion facility in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

Claire Doughty, Olleco North East Sales Manager, volunteered at a Golden Friends lunch in Washington for Hospitality Action, Olleco’s chosen charity this month.

The Environmental Services Association (ESA) is working to transform waste and resource management in the UK. Its work enable members – including Olleco – to turn Britain’s waste into valuable resources whilst protecting the environment.

So far we have raised a whopping £79,912.10 for Hospitality Action!
