Say hello to the first ServiceMark accredited circular economy business

It is with great pride that we’re able to announce that Olleco is officially ServiceMark accredited with the Institute of Customer Service.

 
After two years of benchmarking, developing and cultivating a change in customer mindset, we can celebrate all the work each Olleco employee does every day to put the customer at the heart of what we do.

What is The Institute of Customer Service?

  • The Institute of Customer Service is an independent professional membership body for customer service across many sectors
  • The Institute will guide and support Olleco in assessing and improving our customer service offering
  • Olleco will have access to many valuable membership benefits including research and insights into the customer service industry
  • Survey results will help identify areas where we deliver excellent customer service as well as areas where there is room for improvement

 

Rachel Hughes, Olleco Head of Sales Support and Customer Experience as well as The Institute of Customer Service Changemaker Award finalist, said “I’m honoured that Olleco can help add to the Institute of Customer Service’s sustainability credentials as a member. Olleco joined The Institute of Customer Service in 2022 as part of our commitment to continuously improve our service and put our customers at the heart of everything we do. 


ServiceMark is a national standard, independently recognising an organisation’s achievement in customer service and its commitment to upholding those standards. We were awarded the accolade based on customer satisfaction feedback and an assessment of employee engagement with an organisation’s customer service strategy.
